General Instructions for Parents

  • All fees must be paid regularly in advance not later than the 10th of each month, failure to do so will result in the student paying a fine for every working day.

  • Cheques are not accepted.

  • Tuition fees are charged for 12 months. The fees for the month of March, April and May will be collected together on or before March 15.

  • The delay of payment beyond two months renders a pupil liable to be struck off the roll.

  • Pupil will not be permitted to appear for any of the exams unless fees are paid up to date.

  • The fees can be paid through online.

  • Term fees should be paid before the semester and the final examinations. All students must pay both the term fees.

  • Excursions, picnics and other program fees should be paid separately and receipt of the same should be obtained.

  • The school does not take responsibility for the money paid through Rickshaw driver or any other person to pay in the school.

  • Any damage done to any of the school property will have to be paid by the students responsible for the destruction.

  • School calendar will be issued to every student, however there may be unannounced changes due to emergencies or unavoidable circumstances. The students and parents must bear this in mind.

  • No Parents are allowed to meet the teacher during the class period. Parents seeking to see a particular teacher may only see after school hours or by prior permission of Principal.

  • No school Business transactions will be done on Holidays.
